VICTORY, RC CMSG back in LNA!

RC CMSG won the LNB final on saturday 27.6.09, beating Lugano Rugby 24-15 in St Genis!
This means we will be back where we belong for the 2009-10 season – IN LNA!
Well done to all who acheived this great feat, losing only one league game all season!

On saturday, RC CMSG beat RC Neuchâtel 36-6 to reach our second successive LNB final.
The final will be played at home in St Genis on sat 27th June 09, at 3pm versus Lugano Rugby. Book the date!
In the opening game, RC CMSG II defeated LUC Rugby by 5 tries to 3. Well done too all the old and new timers who turned out!

RC CMSG will play a playoff semifinal on saturday 13 june at 3pm versus RC Neuchâtel at our home pitch in St Genis. There will be a second team game at 1pm RC CMSG2 v LUC Rugby!

RC CMSG LNB 2008,9 CHAMPIONS!

The RC CMSG senior team has officially been recognised by the FSR as LNB 2008-9 Champions!

Well done to the team, and all associated with this fantastic achievement! Two days before the end of the championship and we cannot be overtaken. With a 109-0 victory over Zug, RC CMSG has cemented its position at the top of the league, and in all associated statistics (tries, points for and against).

We would also like to thank all our fans and supporters who regularly come to our games!

The final game of the regular season is this saturday, May 16th V Rugby Lugano, the only team to have beaten us this year in the league – A huge game! (RC CMSG home pitch, kickoff at 3pm).
Our playoff semi final in order to gain access back into LNA will take place at home on saturday 20th June at 3pm, and if we go through, the final will also take place at home, on saturday 27th of June at 3pm.

Again, congratulations to all!

The second half of the 2008-2009 Season is about to kick off!

On saturday 21t of March at 2pm, the Senior team plays at home to RFC Basel!

Decision has come through from the FSR, we are playing in LNB again this year.

We kick off the season tomorrow v Neuchâtel away. Kick off is at 3pm.
